Do you only accept American Express?
No, we accept every major credit card. Just continue to fill out the form.
I tried to book online but my credit card was refused, what do I do now?
We recommend you contact your bank or card issuer to check your credit limit and make sure the provider allows for the withdrawal of funds. For any other payment issues, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to process your reservation/payment for you.
I want to change my payment plan from regular to monthly payments, can I do that?
No, once a payment plan has been selected, we can’t change it in our system.
Can I pay off the balance at an earlier date than it states on the invoice?
Yes, just contact the ladies in TRAVEL or send an email to travel@sdc.com
My credit card information has changed, can I change that myself?
No, you’ll need to contact us by phone or by email to give the new information.
I wish to make a payment, is there a link so I can do that?
No, you will need to give us the information, so we can process the payment for you.
Can I make a wire transfer instead of a credit card payment?
Yes, please contact us by phone or by email, so we can give you that information.
I won a travel voucher, can I apply it to an existing booking?
No, travel vouchers can only be applied towards new reservations (restrictions apply).
Do I have to pay for anything else during my stay?
Every venue will offer extra amenities that may come at an additional cost. This could be charges for room service, a la carte meal items, certain brand alcoholic beverages, shuttle fees, resort fees, parking fees, spa services, etc.
