Rules:
Ok like normal parties no means no. We have bracelets to let the single guys know who they can talk to. We don't touch anyone at all unless you ask. Always talk with the male then if ok then talk to the woman. If you guys hit it off the you guys can go to the private room. That is the only room that can be closed don't close any of the other doors. The private room is limited to 30 mins so all can enjoy. Voyeurism is fine but don't touch unless they say it is ok.

There is another king size bed that fits 15 to 20 people on there to have fun on it this is our private bedroom and another room with a bed for those that was close intimate fun. We have a fuck machine to use if asked for it. We are also in the process on adding more BDSM Toys to use.

There is a great outside sitting area for those who smoke or just want to hang outside. We have a fire going normally every party. When it gets warmer we have a above ground pool 22 ft across - 5 ft deep for everyone to enjoy
