Exclusive Commitment: Monogamous relationships often involve an exclusive commitment to one partner. In ethical non-monogamy, the commitment may be spread across multiple partners, and exclusivity is not a primary factor. Transitioning from an exclusive commitment mindset to non-monogamy might lead to challenges in managing jealousy and insecurity.
