There is a person that helps park you so you can enjoy the party. We have lights at the end of the driveway and on the house. We provide tours for all new comers and remind everyone of our rules.

We provide food, mixers, condoms, washclothes, clean towels and clean linen but we dont provide alcohol.

Rules:
Ok like normal parties no means no. We have bracelets to let the single guys know who they can talk to. We dont touch anyone at all unless you ask. Always talk with the male then if ok then talk to the woman. If you guys hit it off the you guys can go to the private room. That is the only room that can be closed dont close any of the other doors. The private room is limited to 30 mins so all can enjoy. Voyeurism is fine but dont touch unless they say it is ok.

ALL PARTY GOERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEM SELFS (CONDOMS, TOWEL AND CHANGE THE SHEETS).

We supply a clean and safe place for people to enjoy each other. We supply condoms, towels, lube, clean sheets and sanitized toys for you to explore with each other. We have four beds for you to have different experiences. From a voyeur room with a bed for all to have fun on. With plenty of space for sitting on chair and watch the show of all the sights. One private room with a king size bed fits 15 to 20 people to have fun on it, a simi private room with a queen size bed that fits 10 to 15 people on it. There is another king size bed that fits 15 to 20 people on there to have fun on it this is our private bedroom and another room with a bed for those that was close intimate fun. We have a fuck machine to use if asked for it. We are also in the process on adding more BDSM Toys to use.

There is a great outside sitting area for those who smoke or just want to hang outside. We have a fire going normally every party. When it gets warmer we have a above ground pool 22 ft across - 5 ft deep for everyone to enjoy
