We have a Private Mini-suite available at our home in South Fulton, close to the airport. 2 miles in both directions from shopping, grocery stores, etc.. The home is 3000sq feet in a nice upscale neighborhood off of Campcreek Pkwy. Room includes full-size bed, 75-inch TV, full access cable (over 300 channels, including adult channels) Mini-Fridge and Microwave & full bathroom. The backyard is 1/2 acre and gives a cabin in the woods, a peaceful, serene experience. This is strictly a non-smoking Home or on the premises. We are not 420 or drug-friendly. You will forfeit your deposit & room reservation will not be refunded if you show up smelling like smoke or weed, engage in such activities or illegal activities, or violate any policies while on the premises. We will ask you to leave the premises immediately. We reserve the right to do background checks(and charge a fee) before confirming a reservation. Other than an invitation from the Owner, or a Tantra Spa request to the upstairs master suite, access is to the room only. Weekly stays may access the upstairs Washer and Dryer for an additional 35.00 a week(2 wash maximum per week) Costs: 115.00 a night for couples (95.00 per night for single women) 2-night minimum stay A non-fundable 45.00 cleaning fee 200.00 refundable deposit may apply 300.00 smoking violation Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay The Hosts are Lifestylers as well. We offer a relaxation and Erotic Spa treatment & Tantra Therapy option (in the owner's master suite) at 50 off the normal rate (normal rate 185.00 for couples, 65.00 for women) for our guests. Owner is very friendly and hospitable, easy to approach. If you have any concerns just ask and they will be immediately addressed.
