About the Host:

Bridgette is an integrative and holistic energy healer and facilitator who is dedicated to helping people find balance and pleasure in their lives. She is a shamanic practitioner who uses breath, sound, and movement to help her clients connect with their inner selves and find healing with All That Is. Bridgette is also a tantra practitioner who believes in practicing non-duality, intentional intimacy and finding the spaciousness for the alchemy between fate and free will. She’s an ISTA and Landmark graduate who has completed rigorous training through devotion to higher self. Balancing the dark and light within, and integrating the aware feminine and aware masculine to achieve a state of wholeness and harmony in internal and external worlds is where she is specially trained. Certified modalities of NLP, EFT and shadow work assist to overcome fears and limiting beliefs by tracking energy and polarizing the best of both worlds by alleviating one of imprints while integrating soul fragments back to completion.

Her commitment to helping all living beings achieve their full authentic potential and live their best lives using a unique blend of shamanic work, tantra, and somatic freedom has helped many people find gratitude, inner peace, ecstasy, and harmony.
