With the help of various tantric yoga practices, consciousness can be increased by the upward flow of inner energies, and we can have spiritual experiences that bring us closer to God, to our Divinity. TANTRA WORKSHOPS In tantra programs, male and female intimacy are intertwined in Love and awareness. In practicing tantra, we open up to ourselves and the world, experiencing a state of pure presence. Tantra exercises and practices help us develop and extend our awareness to all areas of our Lives, including intimacy. The purpose of our tantra workshop programs is to help put down the tensions of everyday life, to relax and recharge together in love, so that we can connect with each other on a deeper spiritual level.
