Newly renovated in 2022, EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW!! Covid-19 FREE AND SANITIZED BEFORE EVERY STAY! this condo has everything you need to make the most of your stay! There is complimentary HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Starz, and Disney+. Enjoy the best view on site of the sunset or sunrise from the patio, bedroom, or living room over Shingle Creek Lake. We’re conveniently located only 7 miles from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Also enjoy the on-site amenities! Enjoy both a 55in Smart TV in the living room area while you cuddle up for a movie night on the sofa as well as a 46in Smart TV in the bedroom. Both rooms have complimentary HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Starz, and Disney+. Make sure you bring your favorite K-Cups for our complimentary Keurig to serve your favorite tea or coffee. Lastly, but certainly not least, what sets this unit apart from the others is the breathtaking view. Enjoy the best view on site of the sunset or sunrise from the patio, bedroom, or living room over Shingle Creek Lake. The condo is also conveniently located only 7 miles from Walt Disney World. The condo is ideal for a romantic couple’s getaway or a fun vacation for small families. You’ll have everything you need to make the most of your stay! Guests have full access to the entire newly remodeled condo with their own assigned keypad code for extra security. We purchased a parking pass with a gate decal connected to it for easier access and to skip the line. :) Amenities The community has two swimming pools, gym, playground, tennis court and arcade located on site: -To access the amenities, you will need a key-pass. The lanyard containing the key-pass is located on the key ring near the front door of the condo. -The main swimming pool, gym, and arcade are located at the front of the community. To access, scan the lanyard at the entrance door. -When you return to the condo after visiting the amenities, please hang the lanyards back on the key ring. -The tennis court is located on Tropical Isle Blvd. -The second pool is located at the back of the community on Tropical Isle Blvd. -The playground is located in the center of Grand Cayman Ct. At only 11 minutes away from Secrets Hideaway in Florida, this modern condo has 1 bedroom, a bathroom plus a full kitchen at your disposal. Price per night in the weekend is $150.00 Housekeeping fee is $70.00
